NUKE for VR + VFX in Chicago

The Foundry will be in Chicago on Wednesday, November 16 to showcase how their tools can help you deliver stunning content and film-quality VFX for your short-form projects.

The Foundry's Creative Specialist Terry Riyasat will show you how NUKE 10 can get the job done faster, with new tools like the amazing Smart Vector toolset, plus real-time keying and color correction on the timeline. Terry will also show you how NUKE and CARA VR speed up live-action cinematic 360° VR post-production.

Shane Griffith, MODO product manager, will be there to answer your questions on the new MODO 10.2 release, with its amazing combination of best-in-class direct modeling, extended procedural modeling and revamped MeshFusion Boolean tools all working together.

Andrew Pellicer, 2D artist at The Mill, will be showing off some of the cool projects he's been working on as well.

And as always, there will be cold beverages and lots of great food. This is a free event and everyone's welcome, but advance registration is mandatory.

Refreshments and welcome start at 6:00 p.m., followed by presentations from 7:00 p.m - 8:15 p.m., leaving plenty of time for networking with your colleagues and industry peers before and after.
